Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and a registered advertising professional in Brazil. I have been building websites since 2011 and working at an advertising agency since 2010, where I started as a web systems analyst and today I am responsible for the operation, the commercial side and every technology delivery.
My work connects both ends: the business problem and the system that solves it. I handle servers, databases and integrations, not only the layout, and what I deliver stays online under my operation.

- I run the operation of a 9 person team and coordinate creative, production, social media, development and account service.
- I deliver all of the agency technology: websites, integrations, data dashboards and AI agents for clients in education, healthcare, public transport, retail and the public sector.
- I built the agency management dashboard, covering revenue, profit, production volume and accounts receivable.
- I also work on the commercial side: discovery, proposal, scope and closing of technology projects.

I set up and operate the service desk and pipeline tools the team uses every day, with automated follow up.

Incident response, email authentication and advertising that respects Brazilian professional council rules, which is where a generic agency exposes its client.
Design and print production
Started in large format printing and today feeds interface work, campaign pieces and presentation material.
Media and analytics
Campaigns and reporting for agency clients, reading results and adjusting budget.
